Molly is an Pennsylvania native who began performing professionally at thirteen years old in Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater, in The Snow Queen. The Arden Theater production of Into the Woods the actress won a Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. She went on to reprise her role as Little Red Ridinghood when she made her Broadway debut at age 15 with Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002 and was nominated for the Drama League Award. Molly was also part of the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof, in the year 2004. She attended Princeton University as a Triangle Club member and graduated with an B.A. In this period that she made her film debut in Disney's College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. When she was in the college, Molly began her acting career with Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly began her career after having completed her Off-Broadway stage debuts, including End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly has been in several regional productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre as well as Westport Country Players' performance of The Diary of Anne Frank. Molly played Anne. Molly's most well-known role was that of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) where she plays Ali the 17-year-old daughter. She also starred in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and starring Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual County Spelling Bee in 2008.
