Chando reside in New York City. Chando started her acting career in the fall of 2005 at Manhattan College. Chando played Maddie Coleman, the lead character in As the World changes from 2005 to 2007. She then reprised her role for a brief period of time beginning late 2009. Alexandra started her career in acting in the TV show House Blend in which she played Jenna Harper. As the World Turns was the American television soap opera that CBS broadcast during three consecutive seasons. Maddie Coleman played the part of Jenna Harper. Chando was also cast in a documentary television series in the United States, True life, and was also in Sherri. Additionally, she starred in two episodes of Glory Daze as Annabelle. Her other television credits include Castle, Hindsight Dead People as well as Outcast.
